Although affiliated with our site, CraigslistDelivery bears no liability for the content and/or actions of its affiliates.

· "Service Provider", "Service Providers"- these terms refer to any user that has filled out a Service Provider agreement and agreed to offer any service on CraigslistDelivery in exchange for any given fee.

"Helper" - The actual person performing the delivery service. May or may not be the "Service Provider"

· "Services"- refer to services that our service providers offer to our customers in exchange for fees that our service providers charge.

· "Customer"- "Customers"- any user that completes the checkout and places an order for service.

CraigslistDelivery reserves the right to update, change, and modify these terms at anytime. Modified terms will be made affective as soon as they are posted. Users are encouraged to check this document regularly.

CraigslistDelivery is not responsible for the content, images, information, or third party links published on this website by users other than changes made by CraigslistDelivery Support members. Any user and or registered user are completely responsible for any and all information they choose to upload and publish on CraigslistDelivery.com. Any attempt to post any content that is malicious, misleading, fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate can and will result in legal action against any responsible user. Unfortunately, CraigslistDelivery cannot guarantee the credibility of any of its users, but reserves the right to remove and/or change anything published on our site.

Because we are a third party and claim no responsibility, we urge users to exercise good judgment and common sense. Users may be subject to misleading information about a Provider or Customer. At this time CraigslistDelivery does not perform background checks, or credit checks. However, we do reserve the right to refuse service for any reason to any user at any time. We may refuse service to those we feel are acting out of malice, dishonesty, false pretenses, or against our policy in our Terms of Use.

The content published on CraigslistDelivery.com by its users is strictly the responsibility of its creator. CraigslistDelivery does not screen or support any information published by its users. However, we do reserve the right to delete any information, links, or content that we feel violates our Terms of Use, or takes advantage of our viewers and registered users. CraigslistDelivery is also not responsible for the content of third party services listed, since third party websites and services do not operate under our Terms of Use.

Customers and Service Providers agree that some of their personal information including phone number, address and name can and may be given to users specifically for the purpose of obtaining services. Service Providers are also hereby granting CraigslistDelivery permission to publish your address, in order to properly advertise your services among your community, and the communities you will be servicing. The publication of your address will not be solicited to anyone other than potential CraigslistDelivery customer, and used strictly for the purpose of attracting more customers in your area. At no time will we publish and or keep on file credit/debit card information on our website. At no time will we sell personal information in any form. At no time will we explicitly publish any user's personal information on our website other than the purpose of Customers obtaining Services from Service Providers.

4. Third Party Content, Sites, and Services

At this time, CraigslistDelivery does not employ the use of pop up ads, running banners, or cross marketing. Therefore any links to third party services found on CraigslistDelivery.com do not operate under the same Terms of Use, and are not the responsibility of CraigslistDelivery. CraigslistDelivery is not liable of responsible for any information or content viewed on third party sites. Any services you sign up for, pay for, receive, or agreements made through a third party service are strictly between you and that service. You agree that any misinformation, damage, or loss incurred through such a deal is not the responsibility of CraigslistDelivery to resolve. Any issues between you and other users on CraigslistDelivery.com is also not the responsibility of CraigslistDelivery, and we are in not way obligated to become involved in solving the issue. If any user is in violation of our terms or conditions CraigslistDelivery will deal with that user directly and may result in legal action.

If after proper investigation the material or person in question is found to be guilty, CraigslistDelivery will remove the material and reserves the right to take further action against its creator, such as removing the creator from our website, by the steps necessary in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

A user also agrees not to use our database for: improper solicitation or to advertisements for any illegal services, their own or third party, implanting or creating computer viruses or controlled interruption to our server or information provided to and by CraigslistDelivery.

Furthermore, a user agrees not to commit forgery, harass CraigslistDelivery staff, viewers, or registered users, or attempt to acquire information only provided to CraigslistDelivery administration by any means.

8. No Spam Policy

You agree not to use any personal information such a users name, phone number, and email address, which can all be acquired through business deals made on CraigslistDelivery, for spamming purposes. You also agree not to distribute such information without proper consent from the provider.

9. Limitations

Users agree that at any time, CraigslistDelivery has the sole discretion to enforce limitations of any rightful kind upon any of its users. At this time, CraigslistDelivery does not have any limitations other than the acknowledgement and agreement of our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

10. Access to the Service

CraigslistDelivery welcomes all users to sign up for our services and become Customers. At this time, there are no exceptions or qualifications as to who can become Customers on CraigslistDelivery.com. CraigslistDelivery provides Service Providers and Customers limited access to our database. Service Providers have limited access in order to promote and advertise their services. Customers have limited access to find local help for services. At no time will CraigslistDelivery offer administrative access to its users, Customers, and/or Service Providers. CraigslistDelivery does allow its Service Providers to provide outside links for the purpose of advertising. Users are also allowed to link CraigslistDelivery.com to their websites, as long as users are not providing hurtful or malicious information about CraigslistDelivery employees, or services.

11. Customers

CraigslistDelivery functions as a third party website and in no way guarantees any services to any user or future Customer at any time. A user becomes a Customer when the user fills out an online form or calls CraigslistDelivery Customer Support and places an order for services to a Service Provider. Once a user has completed the checkout process and receives an confirmation email, the user is now a Customer.

Customers are required to use a valid credit or debit card at the time of checkout to submit an order for services to a Service Provider. At no time will CraigslistDelivery allow a user to become a Customer if the user cannot pay up front for their order with a Credit or Debit card.

Customers are entitled to a full refund if the Customer decides to cancel their order assuming cancellation has been made within the required time frame. For security reasons, Customers will be asked to verify some of their personal information to authorize any changes to their order.

By becoming a Customer, you agree that you understand that CraigslistDelivery does not and cannot guarantee any of the services Service Providers market from our third party website. Service Providers function as a completely separate entity and are in no way directly tied to CraigslistDelivery other than the use of our website as a marketing tool.

Customers acknowledge that Service Providers have the right to decline an order for any reason at any time. However Service Providers are discouraged from declining jobs.

Customers acknowledge that Service Providers are solely responsible for maintaining their own accounts and their license and insurance status. Service Providers are not required to be licensed or insured and therefore Customers should use their best judgment when putting an order through for a non licensed or non insured company.

Customers acknowledge that Service Providers are in no way employed by, or employees of CraigslistDelivery. CraigslistDelivery merely facilitates a third party website that can create a connection between a Customer and a Provider.

As a Customer, you agree that under no conditions will CraigslistDelivery be found at fault for any negligence on behalf of a Service Provider. Neither will CraigslistDelivery ever provide reimbursement or be liable for any property damage of any kind caused by any user, Customer, and/or Service Provider. Any actions conducted by a Service Provider will be delt with directly between a Customer and that individual Service Provider. CraigslistDelivery will not provide any remedy in any form to a Customer for any actions or negligence from a Service Provider/Helper.

12. Service Providers

Any user who becomes a Service Provider also agrees to abide by these conditions that pertain specifically to Service Providers:

A user becomes a Service Provider when the user completes the Service Provider section on CraigslistDelivery. A Service Provider is someone who has agreed to offer services for a given fee when a Customer requests service. When becoming a service provider, a user agrees that the user has provided CraigslistDelivery with true information regarding the Service Providers legal name, address, phone number and any other relevant information pertaining to the user and or the users business or entity the user represents. Users also agree that they will not fraudulently misrepresent themselves on our website. Service Providers agree that they are solely responsible for the management of their account and the information and/or lack of information on CraigslistDelivery. CraigslistDelivery reserves the right to take legal action for anything they deem inappropriate or illegal based on the laws governing a given area, state, territory, or jurisdiction.

A user agrees that the owner of the Service Providers account is at least of the legal age of 18 years old. The user also agrees that the Service Providers account owner and/or any of the Service Providers workers have no felony convictions. CraigslistDelivery does not require that a Service Provider and the owner of the account be the same person and/or entity. A user may establish and manage an account but not actually provide a service by their own physical means. However the owner of the account is fully responsible for the actions of the Service Provider and/or the content provided through their account and/or management of that account.

Service Providers are in no way or form and will never be considered employees, or employed by CraigslistDelivery. CraigslistDelivery will never provide a reference for any Service Provider.

A Service Provider is solely responsible for any licensing and/or insurance related needs required for them to conduct business in a given area, state, territory, or jurisdiction.

CraigslistDelivery functions as a third party website and will at no time ever guarantee orders to be sent to any specific Service Provider at any time. CraigslistDelivery cannot guarantee that Customers will place orders with any given Service Provider, and cannot guarantee any amount of steady flow of orders to any given Service Provider. By becoming a Service Provider, the user understands that Service Providers are listed internally by a ranking system that is based off of their own merits. Also, accepting and completing jobs may increase traffic to a Service Providers account. Things that may decrease traffic may include but are not limited to, declining jobs after acceptance by helper, getting negative Customer reviews, and not showing up for jobs.

A Service Provider agrees that at no time will the Service Provider or anyone working with the Service Provider knowingly seek to obtain a Customers information and complete and order without the knowledge of CraigslistDelivery. This will result in immediate termination of the Service Providers account.

A Service Provider also agrees and acknowledges that any Customer has the right and may cancel an order for any reason at any time up until 48-72 hours prior to service, depending on the season. Service Providers acknowledge that it is the Sole Responsibility of the Customer to pay for the service upon completion.

By being a service provider on the CraigslistDelivery website a user agrees that CraigslistDelivery has the sole discretion to remove any Service Provider from the CraigslistDelivery.com website at anytime, for any reason. Reasons for such removal may include but are not limited to: Providing contact information for your company in your profile description that is accessible to the customer before the booking of an order, the excessive declining of jobs, the excessive cancelation of already accepted jobs, and/or improper conduct towards customers, other service providers, or representatives of CraigslistDelivery.com. The termination of a service providers' account can occur without any prior notice.

13. Termination of Service

You agree and understand that if at anytime you are found to be abusing, or in direct violation of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or the law, CraigslistDelivery reserves the right to remove any Affilaite, Customer, and/or Service Provider from the site, by deleting an account, blocking an IP address, or using any other means necessary to prevent any future incidents.

14. Propriety Rights

Any and all content, material, and images uploaded to, found on or within CraigslistDelivery.com is the sole intellectual property of CraigslistDelivery. Any use and/or distribution of any and all intellectual property is at the sole discretion of CraigslistDelivery. All users, Service Providers, Employees, Viewers, and/or Customers agree not to use any intellectual property without the prior consent of CraigslistDelivery. Any unauthorized use of intellectual property will be taken very seriously and perused by law. Although CraigslistDelivery does not authenticate any content published by its users, a user agrees not to misuse any content that is provided to any other CraigslistDelivery users.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

There are no warrantees written or implied by CraigslistDelivery. You agree that CraigslistDelivery is not responsible for any complaints you may have with other users, Customers, or Service Providers. CraigslistDelivery is not responsible for providing any Customer or Service Provider with business, or quality work. CraigslistDelivery does not regulate the quality of work through their Service Providers other than facilitating various rankings based on customer reviews and other factors. CraigslistDelivery.com is strictly a database of Helpers and Customers in a given area. We exist strictly to provide Customers with Service Providers in a given area. CraigslistDelivery is not liable for any complaints you may have about a Helper's work ethic or quality of work. Registered users of CraigslistDelivery are not insured, or bonded through CraigslistDelivery. Any job you receive or offer to a CraigslistDelivery user is a contract between you and that user. CraigslistDelivery is simply a means of one user finding another user. We are not a staffing agency, representative, provider, or employer to any users. By providing services on CraigslistDelivery, Service Providers are agreeing to represent yourself properly, and perform the jobs you are hired for correctly. By hiring Helpers through CraigslistDelivery.com you are agreeing that any issues you have with the quality or work performed, or the Helper personally, are to be resolved by you and the Helper. CraigslistDelivery is not legally responsible for settling any disputes you may have with another user. CraigslistDelivery is also not obligated to become involved in such disputes. By using our services, you are agreeing that any contracts made by you by means of CraigslistDelivery, are solely the responsibility of yourself and the other user involved.

16. Indemnity

You agree that you cannot hold CraigslistDelivery, or CraigslistDelivery employees, responsible for any loss or damages you may incur while using services advertised on CraigslistDelivery.com, or any third party services advertised by registered users.

17. General Information

These Terms of Use create an agreement by You and CraigslistDelivery.com. By using or viewing our site, you are agreeing to abide by all terms and conditions listed.

18. Violation of Terms and Liquidated Damages

Violation of these Terms warrants legal action and CraigslistDelivery will seek the highest amount of legal remedy for any given violations.
